The rolling programme of research typically comprises a number of themes for investigation. All projects are focused upon issues at least 20 years into the future, and involve analysis of trends, creative scenario work and evaluation. The studies undertaken fall within two types: those addressing issues of delivery and implementation, and those addressing broader built environment issues.
