Opposing the motion
Daisy is Head of Participation at architecture practice AOC. She leads on building briefs for in-house projects (including housing, schools and cultural buildings) with complex client groups, and on developing tools and processes for generating better conversations with non-professionals about architecture and environmental change. She developed her skills working for regeneration agencies at both strategic and ‘get-your-hands-dirty’ levels, with a particular focus on public space and community facility renewal on post-war housing estates. She has a first degree in languages, an MA in Cultural Memory, and teaches on the history and theory of regeneration, and on stakeholder engagement, at The Bartlett, UCL.
She sits on the LB Newham Design Review Panel, and has recently become a CABE Enabler.
