Juliet is a qualified architect, currently working towards an AHRC funded PhD in Sociology at the Cities Programme London School of Economics, due for completion in 2010.
This explores the constituents of the long-term regeneration model spatially represented by the emerging Legacy Masterplan Framework for the post-2012 London Olympic site. Juliet is a Fellow at the LSE Cities Programme where she co-runs the design side of its MSc in ‘City Design and Social Science’. Between 2005 and 2007, she held a Senior Lectureship in Architecture at Canterbury School of Architecture. Between 1999 and 2005, she worked as an architect for Eric Parry Architects on a number of urban and architectural projects and also ran the first year of the BA (Hons) in Architecture at Cambridge University. She trained and qualified as an architect between 1992 and 2000.
