Biography
Ben Hamer is maritime director for Halcrow – Europe, with specific responsibility for coastal engineering , and is chair of the ICE steering group for Facing up to Rising Sea-Levels.
David West is one of the founding partners of Studio Egret West and sits on the Building Futures Steering Group.
