Andrew leads on the public sector consultancy practice at HCHLV specialising in futures work, especially in scenario development, and in digital media. Much of his work is in the public sector.
His media career includes working on Channel 4 News on its award-winning coverage of the 1984 miners’ strike, and launching Britain’s first interactive television channel for a cable TV company in 1993. Joined HCHLV to help develop technology and new media offer just as the first great internet bubble was lifting off.
